Deep Tissue Massage is a term used to describe various massage styles that focus on the deeper muscles and connective tissues of the body. The therapist uses movement and pressure to reshape and realign the muscles and connective tissue, breaking old, habitual holding patterns.

Hot Stone Massage® Smooth, flat, fragrantly oiled stones are heated and placed on strategic points on your body -- even tiny ones between your toes. While the stones work their magic, the Massage Therapist uses both the stones and her hands to apply gentle massage strokes to melt your tight muscles. Even the tightest of all muscles are no match for this extraordinary experience.

Pregnancy Massage is the massage of pregnant women (prenatal) and women after giving birth (postpartum). It addressees the special needs of pregnant women such as swollen/painful hands and feet, stress on weight bearing joints, preparation of muscles and cardio system for labor and delivery, scar tissue, exhaustion, and emotional changes. This form of massage usually consists mainly of Swedish Massage techniques that are modified slightly to take into account the common aches and pains of pregnancy. We have special tables and bolsters to make each woman feel comfortable on the table.

Reflexology is a form of bodywork based on teh theory of zone therapy, in which specific spots of the body are pressed to stimulate corresponding areas in other parts of the body, foot, hand and ear reflexology are the most common forms of reflexology.

Sports Massage is the application of various massage techniques to enhance athletic performance. It is applied to athletes to help them train and perform free of pain and injuries. Thai Massage is done on a padded mat on the floor. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed. You are usually asked to bring or wear comfortable clothing to the massage. Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment. People describe Thai massage as both relaxing and energizing.
